FWDG is excited to host local donation center OneBlood for another blood drive on Saturday, 1/23/21 from 10am-3pm. This marks the third time FWDG has hosted the “big red bus” in the last 12 months. It is part of a series of efforts FWDG does to offer help to our local community. The blood drive is a physically-distant event; patients are screened for Covid before donating. Donor beds and surfaces are sanitized between donations. No appointment is necessary and local residents are encouraged to visit and donate to help fulfill and important need: spare blood in case of emergencies. During the pandemic, donations went scarce and there is an increased need for donors.
