However you choose to get your furniture home, our team is here to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Our experienced delivery team takes care of transporting your furniture from our Beaufort warehouse to the room of your choice, so you can start enjoying your new piece right away. What to Expect on Delivery Day

We want delivery day to feel easy, not stressful. Here's a quick look at how the process works:

  • Before your delivery, our team will reach out to confirm your scheduled delivery window so you know exactly when to expect us.
  • When we arrive, our crew will carefully bring your furniture inside and place it in the room of your choice. We ask that you inspect each piece at the time of delivery to make sure everything looks great and matches your expectations.
  • Once you're satisfied, you'll sign a physical or electronic delivery receipt confirming your order was received in good condition.
  • If there's a concern about fit or access, our delivery team may let you know if they believe placing furniture in a particular spot could risk damage to the piece or your home. In those cases, they'll ask you to sign a liability acknowledgment before proceeding. This isn't meant to be a hassle — it's simply about protecting both your home and your new furniture.
  • After your delivery, you may receive a short questionnaire asking about your experience. We love hearing from our customers, and your feedback helps us keep getting better.

Delivery Scheduling & Changes

We do our best to work around your schedule, and our team will coordinate a delivery window that works for you. That said, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations or changes made within that 24-hour window may be subject to additional fees of up to 30%.

If you need to reschedule, just text us at 843-891-1060 and we'll work with you to find a new time.

Warehouse Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You're welcome to collect your furniture directly from our warehouse at 745 Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort, SC 29906.

Pickup Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:30 PM – 4:15 PM

If possible, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your pickup so we can have everything pulled, prepped, and ready to go. Some items may need assembly time, so a heads-up helps us make sure your visit is quick and easy.

For larger or heavier items, our warehouse staff may recommend professional delivery for safety reasons. If you prefer to transport the furniture yourself and decline that recommendation, we'll ask you to sign a waiver releasing FWDG from liability for the furniture and any accidents that may occur during transport. We just want to make sure you and your new purchase get home safe.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, let our delivery team know right away so we can document it and begin resolving the issue for you.

Absolutely. You can pick up your order from our warehouse at 745 Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort, SC 29906. Our pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 1:30 PM to 4:15 PM.
